The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) is pleased to announce two (2) Overview Sessions for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program have been scheduled for: Monday, February 8, 2010 and Tuesday, February 23, 2010.

The 2010 Qualified Allocation Plan is scheduled to be presented to the CHFA Board of Directors in January, 2010 for approval.
